CoachSync is built by a small London-based team for the global golf coaching community. Coaches spend more time on admin and marketing than on their players; CoachSync exists to fix that.

Founder & CEO

Technical founder with a track record of building and scaling startups from idea stage through exit. Former CTO at Kleek, with hands-on experience across several early-stage startups before CoachSync. Background combines software architecture at scale, operational leadership of engineering teams, and the product discipline of shipping into real users quickly.

Playing golf since 2016 and one of the first wave of golf content creators online, documenting the journey from beginner to single-figure handicap before "golf influencer" was a recognised category. Thousands of hours of lessons with multiple coaches along the way, which means the coach-student relationship is not a market-research slide here; it is lived experience from the student side, and knowledge of what frustrates coaches and players about the tools around them today. Obsessive early adopter of golf technology across swing trackers, launch monitors, putting aids, and AR apps.

A believer in indoor golf and an investor in the venues that are driving the category forward. Leads product and engineering at CoachSync.

Oli Tucker

Co-Founder

PGA Professional with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Brunel University. Brought up in a sporting family in West London, with a background in football and cricket before golf, and a coaching career that started at Brentford FC as a UEFA-licensed Centre of Excellence coach. Now a Surrey County Coach and a US Kids Golf Top 50 Honorable Mention.

Teaches full-time across multiple indoor and outdoor venues in London and Surrey, using TrackMan and Golfzon technology for data-driven coaching. Also runs online lessons via Skillest and a YouTube channel (Oli Tucker Golf) with a large, engaged audience of club-level players worldwide working on real, lasting improvements in their game.

CoachSync was born from a real pain point Oli lives every week: golf coaches spend 10 to 14 hours on admin, and until CoachSync had no tools that helped with SEO and marketing without learning both themselves and burning even more time. Oli isn't only an advisor on the coaching side - he's the product's target user, building alongside us and testing every feature against the reality of running a full lesson schedule across his venues.

Advisory network

Beyond the two founders, we maintain an active, structured advisory network across three pillars:

  • Golf operations. Venue owners and operators, from independent studios through to multi-location indoor operators. Several act as hands-on advisors, providing weekly product feedback and real-world deployment environments.
  • Golf industry. Consultants and coaches who take regular meetings, review our roadmaps, and pressure-test our go-to-market with real insight from running bays and coaching players every day.
  • Technical. Senior engineers from large-platform site-reliability backgrounds, plus specialists in AI and ML, giving us the architecture confidence to build infrastructure that scales across thousands of coaches.
